Welcome. This site is devoted to the presentation of classic stamps of France from 1849 to 1899. It is completed by lists of differents tarifs periods of the XIXth century and the presentation of a few rare pieces of French philately.

We therefore enrich this site as our discoveries and desires:). In short it's currently not complete and would probably never will be because philately's a vast subject.
